Tony Ciccarone is nothing short of a design prodigy. When he began working with me in 2005, he had virtually no web design experience. Through very little effort of my own, I watched him grow & blossom. Offline design skills ported to our environment so rapidly that it felt like there was a team of Tony's working in the background to update this pre-millennial admin that I had hired into a full fledged graphic artist, webmaster, & developer.
